At the center of the launch is Chipotle’s newest grab-and-go offering: the High Protein Cup, a four-ounce serving of freshly grilled, hand-cut Adobo Chicken packing 32 grams of protein. Designed as a lighter, satisfying option, it reflects a growing shift toward protein-forward choices that help support fullness and steady energy—two priorities frequently cited by people navigating appetite changes associated with GLP-1s.
