Claudia Oshry gets that, which is why she’s built her whole wellness philosophy around the opposite: tiny habits, real results, zero performance. She calls it “low-lift wellness.” Here, the influencer and The Toast podcast host shares how she’s managing it all and what’s working for her. We’re taking notes.NB: You’ve been talking about “low-lift wellness.” What does that actually look like for you right now?CO: “I believe I coined the phrase ‘low-lift wellness.’ I think the wellness movement is wonderful for people who have the time, energy and money to spend on it, but I’m really into low-lift wellness hacks—things that make me feel better without being a big deal. I’m always on the hunt for things that can make me feel good that aren’t, you know, 45-minute workout classes.” NB: What’s something simple in your routine that actually makes a difference?CO: “Probably tongue scraping. It’s such a small thing, and now if I don’t do it—like if I’m on vacation and don’t have one—I really feel it. I do it every day, and it makes me feel so much better.”NB: You’ve gone back on a GLP-1. What’s it like this time around?CO: “It’s like riding a bike. You never forget how it feels to feel good.
