According to Creal, many of the formulas women have relied on for years were never designed for skin that's becoming drier, thinner and less able to hold moisture. During the conversation, she explains why concealer suddenly starts creasing, why some eye makeup can make mature eyes look heavier and the one thing she believes almost every woman over 40 is missing from her routine.
