While diets, workouts and cosmetic treatments have long been part of wedding prep culture, GLP-1s are quickly becoming the newest way some couples get ready—and for many, that process starts as early as a year out. Experts aren’t surprised at this shift. “A wedding gives most people what a New Year's resolution never does: an outfit that has to fit on a fixed date, and photos that live forever,” says New York and Connecticut certified integrative nutritionist and founder of Eat Shed Glow, Coco Pierrel. “It becomes the deadline that finally makes them act.”
