PRP and PRF have been part of the conversation for years, but now we’re hearing the term attached to exosomes, polynucleotides, biostimulatory injectables and other treatments designed to work with the body’s own repair processes. According to NewBeauty’s State of Aesthetics Summer 2026 report, interest is already high, even if familiarity isn’t. Only 37 percent of respondents say they’re somewhat or very familiar with regenerative aesthetic treatments, yet 71.2 percent would consider PRP injections. More than half, 50.6 percent, would consider exosome treatments and 42.2 percent are interested in PRF.
