In a new interview with Who What Wear, the 40-year-old actress shared the surprisingly low-maintenance approach her dermatologist has mapped out for her—one that keeps her Botox routine to a single, strategic spot. “I have a really good dermatologist who tells me that she’s never gonna do anything but put Botox in the same place for the rest of my life,” Seyfried told the outlet, reportedly pointing to the spot on her forehead where her derm injects the popular neurotoxin. While “Botox” is often used as a catchall term for wrinkle-relaxing injectables, it’s also one of the most well-known brands and is used to soften expression lines, smooth dynamic wrinkles and help prevent deeper creases from forming over time.
