The singer shared that flare-ups have caused intense jaw pain, clicking and even her jaw briefly slipping out of place on stage. Calling it part of her ongoing “explorations around health and wellness,” Rimes recently underwent Emface TMJ, an FDA-cleared treatment to relieve muscle tension and improve jaw function. According to her provider, it targets areas like the pterygoid and temporalis muscles to help reduce clenching and discomfort.
