This year’s data makes it clear that a viral trend or single celebrity-inspired request didn't shape 2025. Instead, the influence of GLP-1s and the shift toward natural-looking results are clear when looking at the top five plastic surgeries of 2025. For the fifth consecutive year, liposuction remained the nation’s most popular procedure. With 317,196 procedures performed, liposuction did not see significant year-over-year growth but instead maintained its enduring popularity. The report notes that liposuction was often a complementary procedure alongside other surgeries like lifts.
