Read This In a new analysis of people who switched from Dupixent to Rinvoq, none of the 228 with flare data had a skin flare in 16 weeks. When an eczema treatment isn’t doing enough, switching can feel like a gamble. What if your skin flares while you’re in between? For anyone whose eczema isn’t clearing on DUPIXENT (dupilumab), new data on RINVOQ (upadacitinib) offers some reassurance. As reported by Dermatology Times, an analysis presented at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference in Las Vegas looked at people with moderate-to-severe eczema who didn’t respond well enough to DUPIXENT and then switched to RINVOQ, an oral JAK inhibitor. In the 16 weeks after the switch, none of the patients with available data had a flare of their skin lesions.
